Robert Half Finance and Accounting is seeking a full time Bookkeeper to join a growing Harrisburg Company. This Bookkeeper will be responsible for the management of daily Accounts Payable invoicing as well as general office administration. The Bookkeeper will report directly to the Accounting Manager and President and will assist with payroll and general project work. The Bookkeeper Job Description Includes: - Overseeing Daily Accounts Payables Invoicing - Backing up Payroll Operations - Assisting with Answering Phone calls and setting up meetings for the Accounting Manager - Managing relationships with vendors regarding purchase order inquiries - Assisting on multiple projects throughout the year for both the President and Accounting Manager - Microsoft Excel experience preferred If interested in the Bookkeeper position or similar positions, please send a Word version of your resume to
