About the Sciences and Humanities Division
The Division of Sciences and Humanities offers courses in several distinct areas: Humanities, Mathematics, Science, Health Science and Social Science. The faculty in these departments collaborate to provide a core, general education curriculum that aligns with the health care focus of Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences. The math curriculum lays the groundwork for the College’s academic programs. Courses offered by the Department of Science and Math align with majors through faculty collaboration and focus on health care.
The Sciences and Mathematics Department has an exciting opportunity for an adjunct faculty (Mathematics) to teach the following courses in its General Education program:
MAT 150 Clinical Mathematics for the Health Sciences (Tuesday evenings)
MAT 150 Clinical Mathematics for the Health Sciences (Wednesday evenings)
Master's degree in related field (Mathematics, Mathematics Education or similar)
Minimum one year of teaching experience
Experience teaching clinical math preferred
