Microsemi Corporation Order Processing Clerk in Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania


  • Accurately enter and process purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Problem solve by researching within internal resources, email exchange and appropriate personnel throughout the company
  • Diligently follow purchase orders through to completion, working with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
  • Print order acknowledgement and proof for order entry accuracy
  • Monitor new orders until scheduled
  • Communicate order discrepancies to customer service representative
  • Disseminate customer requests and inquiries received via web
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal customer service staff


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Order or data entry experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office experience, and experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Must be responsible, highly dependable, extremely accurate, detailed oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment
  • Ability to remain professional, confident and patient at all times
