We are searching for a Business Process Reengineering Specialist to join our government project. Interested personnel shall be available to periodically support meetings at government facilities as required by task or by Government Program Manager.
The BPR Specialist performs a variety of routine project tasks applied to business process reengineering.
Providing support for the other task areas with the objective of enhancing DLA's operational efficiency and alignment with industry leading best practices and methodologies
Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies in delivering DLA LAN network services to the enterprise through continual process improvement
Review existing processes and procedures and analyze against industry best practices
Identify areas for process improvement concerning all phases of the DLA LAN management lifecycle
Assist with the definition of process flows and roles and responsibilities that are aligned to industry best practices
Develop and maintain the necessary information assurance (IA) processes and procedures to support the IA lifecycle of the DLA LAN infrastructure and systems
Assist with identification, assessment and recording of near, medium and long-term business needs and technology solutions
Prepare and track project plans for project inception to completion
Assist with facilitation of the implementation of new functionality, training and troubleshooting
Participates in effective problem solving
Participates in frequent business presentations
Minimum four (4) years relevant experience
One (1) year experience working with business process re-engineering
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with business and technical personnel at all levels
Secret Clearance or current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
Must have one (1) relevant certification for a nationally recognized technical authority
