Job Description:

The Inventory Control Coordinator position will perform the following duties: Hours will be approx. 9am - 6pm

  • Checks in Delivery Drivers, inspecting all returning trailers, verifying returned goods and damaged products and re-entering goods into inventory.

  • Handles all matters relating to inventory control, checking quality of designated product, taking daily inventory on product.

  • Keeps inventory up on a daily basis

  • Sorts through pallets of bad products.

  • Determines quality of products returned by customers.

  • Customer Service inquiries.

  • Food recalls.

  • Research Receiving errors, mispicks and truck shorts daily.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Prior Warehouse experience

MS Office Software (Excel, Outlook, Word)

General understanding of inventory practices and procedures.

1-2 years warehousing, inventory or accounting admin support experience within foodservice industry preferred.
